Over 50 Approved Airlines

Most airlines are happy to allow the safe use of Plane Pal as per our instructions:
  • Plane Pal is to be used in the window seat or the middle seat in the centre rows
  • Plane Pal is not to be used during take off or landing
  • The child's seatbelt remains fastened at all times (you can request an infant extender belt to help with this)
Seats where Plane Pal can be used
Aircrafts are private property and airlines ultimately decide what is/isn't allowed on their flights. However, of the airlines we have encountered, the good news is most are supportive of our mission 'to make travel luxurious for all families'. And we are adding new airline partners constantly!

IMPORTANT INFO

The above list is indicative only and provided on a "best endeavours basis", based on responses from airlines and/or previous customer experiences. In using this information, you accept we can't be held responsible should the airline refuse use. As advised in section 1.4 of our terms, refunds are not allowed where a third party carrier refuses a Plane Pal's use.

You accept full responsibility for contacting your carrier prior to purchasing to check they don't expressly exclude the use of a Plane Pal onboard, as policies can change frequently e.g from our experience, we do find that depending on who you speak to the answer can change back and forth during one phone call!

Couldn't find your airline above? Don't panic. We probably haven't had a clear indication  from the airline yet. We suggest you contact the airline directly or check out customer experience on our Facebook Page.
